At Ease Talk Therapy, we value your time and are committed to providing high-quality counselling services. This policy explains how appointments, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are managed to ensure fairness for all clients.

Appointment Bookings

Counselling sessions are available by appointment only. Once your appointment has been confirmed, we kindly ask that you attend at the scheduled date and time or notify us if you need to make changes.

Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Providing advance notice allows us to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting for support.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances.

Each situation will be considered fairly and at the discretion of Ease Talk Therapy.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not informed us in advance, the session will be considered a no-show.

Missed appointments are generally non-refundable because the appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.

Refunds

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

A refund may be provided where:

• A payment was made in error.
• Ease Talk Therapy is unable to provide the scheduled service.
• Other exceptional circumstances apply.

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Completed counselling sessions.
• Missed appointments without prior notice.
• Late cancellations that do not meet the notice period.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Service Interruptions

If a counselling session is interrupted due to technical issues beyond your control during an online session, we will work with you to reschedule the remaining time or arrange another suitable solution.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can occur.

Where exceptional circumstances such as illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen situations arise, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We will consider each case with compassion and fairness.

Changes to This Policy

Ease Talk Therapy reserves the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
